We have a prolonged and thorough recruitment and induction process which we believe helps us to identify and hire people with outstanding ability. Our telephone staff all have excellent English language skills and although we do not seek to eliminate their natural accent through training, we work with our agents to neutralise any aspects of the accent or language usage which might give rise to potential difficulties.
