System and Data Security
We have several levels of system and data security:
Physical Security
As part of our general facility security the access to the main systems in the company is restricted to a small and select group of senior managers. Control is exercised through a swipe card system with every entry and exit to this part of the facility recorded.
System Security
Additionally, we have implemented the security features of our networking software to their fullest extent extending the appropriate and limited security privileges to each staff member. This is supplemented with full restricted username and password control over all the listed servers and with full audit trail implemented in each case.
We have a robust implementation of firewall technology to ensure that we are exposed to a minimal level of external web based intrusions. We proactively log the activity levels of external requests to our web servers monitoring unusual levels of intense activity which may indicate attempted security breeches.
Data Security
Our data management is administered through MS SQL 2000 which has extensive security and encryption capabilities. Data pertaining to differing clients is segregated effectively either on partitioned drives or on physically different servers, again with the appropriate levels of access given to each agent, team leader and manager according to their login ID attributes and their seniority.
Where data remains on remote servers (based at the Australian or UK client facility), we manage the data access through a dedicated VPN to the client systems and according to the security processes implemented at the client site.
