Merit’s business model is built around developing partnerships with Indian based call centre and BPO facilities which have the technology and infrastructure required to securely and reliably allow us to execute client contracts under the direct supervision of Merit employees or managers. Our partners have been extensively vetted and have been delivering projects with us for at least eighteen months thereby giving our clients the peace of mind of dealing with partners whom have a proven record of successful project delivery.
