Garret O'Leary (CEO)

Garret has worked in Financial Services Off-shoring Industry since 2005. Prior to this he has held senior management positions in Media and other industries. Garret has worked with a number of clients in multiple sectors including Brewing, Sports, FMCG, Automotive, Newspaper/Publishing, Insurance and Financial Services.

Con Anthony Conlon (Technical Director)

Con has worked in the offshore outsourcing industry since 1997 and is now recognized as one of the UK 's most experienced “off-shore” professionals. He has lived full-time in Chennai in India for the last four years managing a multitude of operational activities for several UK organizations. Working with all types of organizations from FTSE 100 media groups to small privately owned businesses to BT, Con has successfully established software development, technical help desk, telemarketing and back office processing functions. His experience includes; recruiting and training personnel, implementing technologies, developing middle management, reengineering processes and building backup and redundancy systems.

Raghavan Ananthanarayanan (COO)

Raghavan (Ragha) holds a Bachelors degree in Commerce from the University of Madras , India & Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

He had over 18 years of diversified experience in finance, treasury, MIS, budgeting, cost control, strategic business planning, banking and financial service, IT & ITES services, systems analysis, company secretarial, corporate governance issues, besides his rich knowledge in IT including customization and implementation of ERP modules Oracle, SAP R/3, Chameleon 2000 and Pastel. He was Group CFO of a multi national financial institution in South Africa before he moved to India in 2006 and was working as F&A head in the capacity of “Client Delivery Director” in a UK based ITES company before moving on to Merit. He has expertise in IFRS and GAAP and is a typical controller, monitor, evaluator and a good solution provider.

Ben Tindall (Head - Customer Relationship Management)

Ben has worked in the data and call centre outsourcing arena for the past seven years. He managed a number of key accounts for SITEL across a variety of territories including UK , Ireland , America and India . Ben has worked with a number of clients in multiple sectors including Telecommunications, Utilities, Healthcare, Automotive and Financial. He specialized in the transition from in house to outsourced operations. Ben lives full time in Chennai India .

Anthony Buttanshaw (Finance Director)

Anthony has held several senior Finance Director and Managing Director roles in UK industry over the past 20 years. After several years with Peat Marwick Mitchell accountants, Anthony joined GKN plc. While at GKN, he held various responsibilities ranging from Business Development Director to Managing Director in-group subsidiaries before becoming Group Financial Controller. Anthony holds non-executive directorships in several technology and mobile telephony companies.
